3. Orders and Payment
- An order is binding only after we issue a written confirmation (proforma invoice or sales contract) and, where agreed, receive the deposit or full payment.
- Payment terms (e.g. T/T, L/C) are agreed per order and stated in the confirmation documents.
- Prices are exclusive of freight, insurance, taxes and duties unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated in the order confirmation.
- Lead times are estimates based on current production schedules and may change; we will notify you of any material delay.
- Risk passes to you in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.
5. Quality and Warranty
- Products are manufactured and inspected according to our quality control procedures and, where applicable, agreed standards or certificates.
- Claims for defects must be raised in writing within the period stated in the sales contract after receipt of goods, supported by relevant evidence.
- Our liability for any defective products is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the affected goods as set out in the sales contract.
