Hexagonal honeycomb and lamella inclined-tube media for sedimentation and desanding — Φ25/35/50/60/80/90mm in PP, FRP and stainless steel. Its large wetted perimeter and small hydraulic radius keep flow laminar, so particles settle undisturbed and handling capacity rises to several times that of a flat basin.

The inclined-tube geometry creates laminar flow with a large wetted perimeter, so solids drop out undisturbed at a far higher hydraulic load.
Large wetted perimeter and small hydraulic radius keep flow laminar, so particles settle without turbulence interference.
At V₀ 2.5–3.0 mm/s and a load of 3–5 t/m²·h, handling is roughly 3–5× a flat settler and 2–3× a shallow tank.
Available in PP, FRP and stainless steel; co-polymer based media can extend service to 8–10 years in water.
Hexagonal honeycomb and lamella inclined-tube media assembled from straight hexagonal tubes, available with inclined or straight passages in PP, PVC, co-polymer or FRP.
Straight hexagonal tubes form the honeycomb body — PP, PVC, co-polymer or FRP, in inclined or straight-tube form.
Surface area 133–360 m²/m³, porosity 97–98%, smooth tube walls and stack height 4–5 m.
Co-polymer plastic lamella boards — Φ35/50/80mm, high toughness and assembly strength, long aging life.
