ABS pipe is extruded from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, a light and impact-tough thermoplastic that will not corrode in water, wastewater, aeration or dilute chemical service. Sizes, wall thickness and pressure rating are confirmed against your duty, so everything below is quoted on request.

ABS gives you a pipe run that installs quickly, resists aggressive water and keeps a smooth bore for years — without the weight and maintenance of metal.
ABS has a density of roughly 1.04 – 1.07 g/cm³, so pipe lengths are light to lift, cut and support, and crews need far less heavy lifting than on steel or ductile iron.
The thermoplastic bore does not rust, scale or suffer galvanic attack. It handles water, wastewater, seawater, dilute acids and alkalis, and the smooth wall keeps friction losses low.
ABS keeps good impact strength at low temperature. Solvent cement or push-fit couplings give fast, continuous, leak-tight lines for aeration headers, sampling and chemical-duty piping.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|

| Nominal sizes | On request — state the required DN or outside diameter |
| Wall thickness | On request |
| Pressure rating | On request — confirm the working pressure of the line |
| Service temperature | On request — confirm the operating temperature range |
| Density (typical material value) | 1.04 – 1.07 g/cm³ |
| Water absorption (typical material value) | ≤ 0.45 % at 23 °C |
| Jointing | Solvent cement (ABS cement) or push-fit / mechanical couplings |
| Standard lengths | On request |
| Fittings | Elbows, tees, couplings, reducers, sockets and caps — confirmed against the order |
| Reference standards | On request — tell us the standard your project specifies |
| MOQ / price | On request — confirm size, quantity & destination |
Density and water absorption are typical published values for ABS polymer, not a batch guarantee. Every dimensional, pressure and temperature figure is confirmed in writing with the quotation.

Send the size or outside diameter, working pressure, temperature and destination — we will confirm the right pipe grade, wall thickness, fittings and export packing.
