Sheet-type inclined tube packing — modules formed from plastic sheets into an E-P co-polymer (ethylene-propylene) honeycomb inclined plate. Tough, dimensionally stable and crack-resistant, with a long service life in water, it adds effective settling surface inside a clarifier so solids settle over a short distance and slide down into the sludge zone.

Plate packs turn a shallow settling volume into a large effective settling area and keep the flow between the plates calm, so solids separate quickly and evenly.
Every inclined plate works as its own settling surface. Particles fall only the short distance between two plates, land on a plate and slide down the incline into the sludge collection zone.
Evenly spaced plate passages give a large wetted perimeter and a small hydraulic radius, so the flow stays laminar and settling is not disturbed by turbulence.
Modules are cut to the basin and carried on a support frame over the existing structure, so a clarifier or separator can be upgraded without new civil works.
